The Daisy Trust Fair – Monday, 6th October 2025


Terms and Conditions

  • The Daisy Trust Fair will take place on Monday, 6th October 2025 at The Hurlingham Club, London SW6 3PR from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.

  • A SINGLE SPACE is £200, which comprises a table of 6ft long by 2.6 ft wide with a small space either side. Any additional space required must be requested in advance and will be chargeable.

  • A DOUBLE SPACE is £380, which comprises two tables of 6ft long by 2.6 ft wide with a small space either side. Any additional space required must be requested in advance and will be chargeable.

  • Additional space for a rail and/or table will be charged at £100 for 3 ft.

  • The prices referred to above include your table hire, set up costs and the cost of printing the invitations. The prices, however, exclude table linen, bespoke lighting, clothing rails, extension leads and any other merchandising accessories you might need to enhance your stall. You will be responsible for bringing these and for the merchandising of your stall and also for your own insurance.

  • Once the items you wish to sell (as appearing on your Application Form) have been agreed with us, they cannot be changed without prior consent from the Committee. This is to avoid duplicating items already sold by other Stallholders.

  • Any payment made will not be refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • The Daisy Trust asks for a donation of 10% of your sales on the day of the Fair that will go directly towards our proceeds. This is payable to the Treasurer on the day of the Fair before departure. Any sales made after 6th October resulting from the Fair will also be subject to a 10% donation.

  • The Daisy Trust will provide a complimentary cup of coffee and/or tea per stallholder on arrival and The Hurlingham Club will be offering a range of refreshments for sale throughout the day.
